不同家系尾巨桉木材机械加工性能分析

Machining Properties of Eucalyptus urophylla×E. grandis Woods from Different Families

摘要: 为给尾巨桉(Eucalyptus urophylla×E. grandis)木材的高效合理利用提供参考,以4、6和8年生尾巨桉DH32-26和DH32-29家系木材为研究对象,对其刨削、砂削、铣削和钻削机械加工性能进行测定和评价,比较不同家系、树龄间木材综合机械加工性能的差异。结果表明,各树龄DH32-26和DH32-29家系木材的刨削和砂削加工性能均较优,铣削和钻削加工性能均为良;随树龄增加,两个家系木材的刨削、砂削和钻削加工性能均提高,铣削加工性能差别不大。DH32-26和DH32-29家系木材的砂削加工性能差异极显著,刨削、钻削加工性能均差异显著,铣削加工性能差别不大;DH32-26家系木材的钻削加工性能优于DH32-29家系木材,刨削和砂削加工性能弱于DH32-29家系木材。两个家系4和6年生木材综合机械加工性能相同;DH32-29家系8年生木材综合机械加工性能优于DH32-26家系8年生木材。

Abstract: In order to provide references for high-efficient and reasonable utilization of Eucalyptus urophylla×E. grandis woods, taking 4-year-old, 6-year-old and 8-year-old woods of E. urophylla×E. grandis DH32-26 and DH32-29 families as research objects, machining properties including planing, sanding, milling and drilling were measured and evaluated. Differences of comprehensive machining properties of woods among different families and ages were compared. Results showed that wood planing and sanding properties of DH32-26 and DH32-29 families at different ages were excellent, and milling and drilling properties were good. With increase of age, wood planing, sanding and drilling properties of two families improved, while milling property did not differ significantly. Woods of DH32-26 and DH32-29 families had extremely significant differences in sanding property, had significant differences in planing and drilling properties, and had no significant differences in milling property. Woods of DH32-26 family had better drilling property and weaker planning and sanding properties than woods of DH32-29 family. Comprehensive machining properties of 4-year-old and 6-year-old woods from different families were similar, while 8-year-old woods of DH32-29 family were better than 8-year-old woods of DH32-26 family.
