不同播种处理对桐花树胚轴萌发和生长的影响

Effects of Different Sowing Treatments on Germination and Growths of Aegiceras corniculatum Hypocotyls

摘要: 为筛选出较适合桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)胚轴萌发的处理方式,设置种皮(去皮、留皮)、播种角度(水平、垂直)和浸种(0、24、48、72和96 h)3种不同播种处理,分析不同处理对桐花树胚轴萌发和生长的影响。结果表明,浸种处理显著提高保留种皮胚轴的发芽率,大部分情况下降低去种皮胚轴的发芽率;留种皮垂直点播处理下,除48 h浸种处理外,其他浸种处理的胚轴发芽率均高于留种皮水平播种处理;三因素方差分析表明,3种处理对胚轴发芽后生长的影响是相对独立的,种皮和播种角度处理主要影响叶片和根系生长。隶属函数分析表明,在保留种皮情况下,浸种96 h并水平播种,桐花树胚轴萌发和生长效果较好;在去种皮情况下,不浸种并垂点直播,效果较好。

Abstract: In order to select better treatments for Aegiceras corniculatum hypocotyl germination, three different sowing treatments were set including seed coat (removed or not removed), sowing angle (horizontal or vertical) and soaking (0, 24, 48, 72 and 96 h). Effects of different treatments on germination and growths of A. corniculatum hypocotyls were analyzed. Results showed that soaking treatments increased germination rates of hypocotyls with seed coats significantly, and decreased germination rates of hypocotyls without seed coats in most cases. Under treatments of vertical sowing with seed coats, germination rates of different soaking time were better than those in horizontal sowing with seed coats except for soaking 48 h. Effects of three treatments on growths after hypocotyl germination were relatively independent by three-factor analysis of variance, and seed coat and sowing angle treatments mainly affected growths of leaves and roots. Membership function analysis showed that better treatment was soaking seed for 96 h and horizontal sowing when seed coats were retained with better germination and growths of A. corniculatum hypocotyls, and better treatment was without soaking and vertical sowing when seed coats were removed.
