酶解可溶性淀粉改性酚醛树脂的研究

Study on Enzymatic Hydrolysis of Soluble Starch Modified Phenolic Resin

摘要: 为改善酚醛树脂性能并降低其成本,以可溶性淀粉(Starch,S)、α-淀粉酶、苯酚(Phenol,P)和甲醛(Formaldehyde,F)为原料合成酶解淀粉改性酚醛(Enzymatic hydrolysis starch modified phenol formaldehyde,ESPF)树脂,采用单因素法探讨酶解淀粉产物(Enzymatic hydrolysis of soluble starch products,ES)添加量、甲醛、氢氧化钠与苯酚的比例以及聚合温度对ESPF树脂性能的影响。结果表明,酶解液添加量5%、n(F)∶n(NaOH)∶n(P) = 1.9∶0.3∶1、聚合温度90 °C时,合成的树脂效果较好,湿状胶合强度1.35 MPa,游离甲醛含量0.11%,贮存期44天。FT-IR分析表明,酶解淀粉产物含有麦芽糖或糊精等多糖,且参与了树脂的合成反应。DSC分析表明,ES使ESPF树脂固化的起始温度升高,固化变难,但放出的热量增加,树脂的固化程度增加。

Abstract: In order to improve properties of phenolic resin and decrease cost, enzymatic hydrolysis starch modified phenol formaldehyde (ESPF) was synthesized from soluble starch (S), α-amylase, phenol (P) and formaldehyde (F).Effects of amount of enzymatic hydrolysis of soluble starch products (ES), molar ratio of formaldehyde, sodium hydroxide and phenol and polymerization temperature on properties of ESPF resin were investigated by single factor method. Results showed that synthesized phenolic resin had better effect when the amount of ES was 5%, n(F)∶n(NaOH)∶n(P) = 1.9∶0.3∶1 and polymerization temperature was 90 ℃ with wet bonding strength 1.35 MPa, free formaldehyde content 0.11% and storage period 44 d. FT-IR analysis showed that hydrolyzed starch products contained polysaccharides such as maltose or dextrin, and participated in synthesis reaction of resin. DSC analysis showed that addition of ES increased initial curing temperature of ESPF resin and made it difficult to cure, but heat release increased and curing degree of ESPF resin increased.
